Topic:  iPhone development with MonoTouch
Speaker: Wally McClure
Topic Description:
Come learn how to write native applications geared for the iPhone Platform based on .NET, C# and the Mono framework. We’ll examine the overall architecture of MonoTouch, discuss the IDE used for development, debug with MonoTouch, and look at a couple of example apps written with MonoTouch. iPhone development predominantly uses the ObjectiveC language, with code written using the XCode IDE. If you or your company has already made a significant investment in .NET, the time to learn ObjectiveC and the iPhone Mobile Platform is significant. So, come to this session to learn how to take your existing knowledge of .NET/C# and apply it to writing apps for the iPhone Platform using MonoTouch.

Speaker BIO:
